By placing an order with Rainlight Tokyo you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

Products

All products are made to order and printed after purchase. Product images are representative of the artwork. Minor color variation may occur between screen display and the printed output due to differences in display calibration and print processes.

Sizing

The 16 × 24-inch measurement refers to the artwork and poster size. For Ready-to-Hang Metal Framed Posters, the outside frame dimensions will be larger than the artwork size and may vary slightly by production location.

Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted subject to availability and our right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Production and Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled on demand through our production partner. Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Rainlight Tokyo is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All artwork sold by Rainlight Tokyo is original work. Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or intellectual property rights to the buyer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any Rainlight Tokyo artwork without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Rainlight Tokyo’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
