Made to Order
All Rainlight Tokyo products are printed after purchase and made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@rainlighttokyo.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Photographs of the complete item, the affected area, the shipping box, the shipping label, and the interior protective packaging
Do not discard the packaging before contacting us. We will review your claim and respond with next steps. We reserve the right to request additional information.
Plexiglass Protective Film
Ready-to-Hang Metal Framed Posters are protected by clear plexiglass. Protective film may be present on both sides of the plexiglass and can have a blue hue or resemble scratches, bubbles, or a color cast. Please carefully check for and remove any protective film before contacting us about apparent damage to the plexiglass.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, contact us at support@rainlighttokyo.com within 14 days of the tracked delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier. Rainlight Tokyo is not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly after purchase. Contact us immediately at support@rainlighttokyo.com if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.
