Production and Dispatch

All Rainlight Tokyo products are printed after purchase and fulfilled on demand through our production partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. This time is not included in the shipping estimate shown at checkout.

Shipping Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by destination. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping charge collected at checkout. Rainlight Tokyo has no control over customs processing times or fees.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Rainlight Tokyo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
