WHAT SIZE ARE THE POSTERS?

Rainlight Tokyo posters are approximately 16 × 24 inches / 40 × 60 cm.

For ready-to-hang framed artwork, this measurement refers to the artwork inside the frame, not the complete outside dimensions of the finished framed piece.

IS A FRAME INCLUDED WITH THE REGULAR POSTERS?

No. Products labeled “Premium Semi-Gloss Poster” include the printed poster only. A frame and hanging hardware are not included.

Choose a product specifically labeled “Ready-to-Hang Metal Framed Poster” when you want the artwork delivered already framed.

DOES THE FRAMED ARTWORK ARRIVE ASSEMBLED?

Yes. The poster arrives already installed in its aluminum frame, so no poster or frame assembly is required.

IS A HANGING KIT INCLUDED?

Yes. A hanging kit is included with the framed artwork. The exact hardware and setup may vary depending on the production location and frame supplier.

ARE SCREWS OR NAILS INCLUDED?

No. Screws, nails, and wall anchors are not included.

Choose mounting hardware that is appropriate for your wall type and capable of safely supporting the complete weight of the framed artwork. Different hardware may be required for drywall, plaster, brick, concrete, or other surfaces.

IS THE FRONT MADE FROM GLASS?

No. The artwork is protected by clear plexiglass. Plexiglass is lighter and more impact-resistant than traditional glass, making it better suited for shipping and hanging.

WHY DOES THE PLEXIGLASS LOOK BLUE, CLOUDY, BUBBLED, OR SCRATCHED?

Protective film may be applied to one or both sides of the plexiglass.

This film can have a blue tint and may resemble scratches, bubbles, cloudiness, haze, or a color cast. Carefully inspect the edges and remove all protective film before deciding that the plexiglass is damaged.

Avoid using sharp tools that could scratch the plexiglass while removing the film.

DOES 16 × 24 INCHES INCLUDE THE OUTSIDE FRAME?

No. The 16 × 24-inch measurement refers to the artwork or poster size, not the complete outside dimensions of the frame.

Based on the manufacturer’s published aluminum frame profile, the complete framed piece is estimated to measure approximately 16.8–17.2 inches wide by 24.8–25.2 inches tall—roughly 17 × 25 inches overall.

The aluminum frame profile is approximately 0.4–0.6 inch wide and 0.79–0.98 inch deep.

These are estimated dimensions. The exact frame profile and finished outside dimensions may vary slightly depending on the frame supplier and production partner.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED FOR THE FRAMED ARTWORK?

The artwork is printed on premium semi-gloss paper and installed inside a black aluminum frame with a clear plexiglass front.

Materials and minor construction details may vary slightly by production location without changing the overall appearance or function of the product.

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN THE PLEXIGLASS AND FRAME?

Use a clean, soft microfiber cloth to gently remove dust.

For the plexiglass, avoid abrasive cloths, paper towels, ammonia-based glass cleaners, harsh chemicals, and rough scrubbing, as these may cause scratches or cloudiness.

Do not spray cleaner directly onto the artwork or allow moisture to enter behind the plexiglass.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. Free standard shipping is available on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Expedited delivery, when available, may cost extra.

ARE THE PRODUCTS KEPT IN STOCK?

Rainlight Tokyo products are printed after purchase rather than stored in a warehouse for long periods.

Because each item is made to order, production time is required before the order is shipped.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Production and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery timing can vary depending on the product, production location, destination, carrier conditions, holidays, and other factors outside our direct control.

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used during checkout after the order has been produced and shipped.

Tracking may take a short time to begin showing movement after the shipping label is created.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT?

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the complete product
• Close-up photos of the damage or defect
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging
• A photo of the shipping label, when available

Keep the product and all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed. Do not send an item back without first contacting us.

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE OR FRAME IS DAMAGED BUT THE ARTWORK LOOKS FINE?

Please photograph the complete package, protective materials, frame, plexiglass, and artwork before discarding anything.

Shipping damage is easier to review when the original packaging and clear photographs are available.

ARE THE FRAMED AND UNFRAMED VERSIONS THE SAME ARTWORK?

Many Rainlight Tokyo designs are available in both poster-only and ready-to-hang framed versions.

Always check the product title, photographs, description, and selected product option before completing your purchase to confirm which format you are ordering.

WILL THE PRINTED COLORS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THEY DO ON MY SCREEN?

Colors may appear slightly different in print because phone screens, computer monitors, brightness settings, and display calibration can vary.

Small differences in color, contrast, and brightness are normal between a digital screen and a physical printed product.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ORDER?

Because products are printed after purchase, return and exchange eligibility depends on the reason for the request and the condition of the product.

Do not return an item without authorization. Review the Refund Policy or contact support@rainlighttokyo.com before sending anything back.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

Contact support@rainlighttokyo.com as soon as possible.

Because production can begin shortly after an order is submitted, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
